Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Pest Technician to join its Pest Elimination team in the Greater London area. You will deliver timely pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions for commercial customers, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals and food plants.

You will receive paid training, a company van, and London weighting allowance. The role offers long-term career progression in service, sales or management and a supportive safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• RSPH Level 2 qualification is required.
• Experience in pest control operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work on the on-call rota including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Manager with day-to-day tasks.
• Lead, coach and support team members.
• Onboard and train new staff.
• Complete quality audits and field reviews.
• Present at Service Excellence meetings.
• Build effective relationships with customers to identify pest issues.
• Stay informed on Ecolab offers and industry trends to upsell pest solutions.
• Use Apple devices to document service and pest issues.
• Deliver quality inspections and treatments exceeding expectations.
• Provide written service evidence and maintenance advice.
• Apply pesticides as per labels and legal requirements.
• Plan routes efficiently to maintain 100% service state.
• Submit reports on time.
