Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Service Specialist to join its Pest Elimination team. You will provide pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to a base of commercial customers, ensuring brand protection for restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and processing plants.

You will work with the District Manager to lead a team, train new members, perform audits, and maintain strong customer relationships while leveraging Apple technology to document service delivery and pest issues.

Qualifications

• RSPH Level 2 qualification required.
• On‑hours rota and availability to meet business needs.
• Experience in pest control or field service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Manager with day‑to‑day management tasks.
• Lead, coach and support team members.
• Onboard and train new staff.
• Conduct quality audits and field reviews.
• Present at Service Excellence team meetings.
• Identify and solve pest problems with customers.
