Job summary

On is seeking a Principal Data Scientist specializing in Personalization and Customer Algorithms to set the strategic direction for customer modeling across the company. You will architect, train, and deploy personalization models that deliver measurable business impact for our global customer base.

You will partner with Product, Tech Partnerships, and analytics teams to translate complex problems into scalable, production-ready solutions, driving cross-functional alignment and robust MLOps

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and shipping personalization engines and customer models in D2C/E-commerce environments.
• Proven track record partnering with Product Management and Tech Partnerships to translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
• Strong metrics-driven approach with A/B testing and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Define vision for personalization and customer-level algorithms aligned with company goals.
• Lead end-to-end design, training, and deployment of batch and real-time models into production.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech Partnerships, and analytics to solve high-impact customer needs.
