Marks & Spencer is seeking a senior Data Science leader to grow a high-performing team and drive the future of our online Personalisation program through seamless model-driven customer experiences.

You will deliver end-to-end ML/AI solutions that enhance how customers discover and engage with products, partnering with product, engineering and commercial teams to embed models into customer experiences and business processes.

• Proven experience leading and growing Data Science teams.
• Strong hands-on ML/AI expertise with practical business impact.
• Ability to balance technical options with value delivery for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow a high-performing Data Science team shaping the online Personalisation programme.
• Deliver scalable ML/AI solutions end-to-end to improve customer shopping experiences.
• Partner with product, engineering and commercial teams to embed models into products and processes.
• Set the standard for agile data science delivery, testing and monitoring, driving value.
