Alto Software Group is seeking a Data Science Lead to build and lead its data science capability from the ground up. You’ll shape the roadmap, ship production models, and drive measurable ROI across churn, customer health, propensity and capacity forecasting.

You’ll work at the intersection of data, product and commercial strategy, partnering with executive leadership and a production platform ready for exploitation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering production-grade data science solutions.
• Strong statistical and causal inference background.
• Experience shipping models used in business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Alto’s data science roadmap with measurable ROI.
• Build, deploy and maintain production models (churn, health, propensity, capacity).
• Design experiments to test pricing, product and operations changes.
• Collaborate with Platform and Data Engineering to productionise models.
• Develop segmentation and scoring frameworks for business use.
• Identify automation opportunities from data science outputs.
• Surface insights to senior stakeholders via ThoughtSpot and dashboards.
• Mentor analysts and grow data science capability.
