Job summary

This 20-hour-per-week role combines hands-on care with leadership and team coordination to help the client stay independent and engaged in everyday activities.

You will provide person-centred support, coordinate a small team of Personal Assistants, manage rotas, liaise with professionals, and help develop routines that maximise independence.
