Job summary

Head First is recruiting a Lead Personal Assistant & Team Coordinator in Fareham to support an adult with an acquired brain injury. The role combines hands-on support with team leadership and coordinating a small group of Personal Assistants.

You will help with rota planning, liaise with professionals, and develop routines to maximise independence, using technology to streamline processes and encourage participation in social and community activities.
