Head First is recruiting a Lead Personal Assistant & Team Coordinator to support an adult with an acquired brain injury in the Fareham area. The role combines hands‑on support with leadership responsibilities, coordinating a small team of Personal Assistants and managing rota planning.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, an effective communicator, and comfortable using technology to maximise independence. A driver with access to a vehicle is essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide person‑centred support to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Coordinate and support a small team of Personal Assistants.
• Assist with rota planning, communication and day‑to‑day organisation.
• Liaise with professionals and members of the wider support network.
• Help develop systems and routines that enable successful outcomes.
• Support the use of technology and practical solutions to maximise independence.
• Encourage participation in social, leisure and community activities.
