The Pig and Butcher Islington Limited is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead pastry operations in our acclaimed pub and restaurant, delivering seasonal British and European desserts to a 3 AA Rosette standard. You will manage your own section, develop new recipes, and pitch dishes for the menu, while mentoring the pastry team and upholding Health and Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ambitious Pastry Chef with at least 2 years experience cooking to a 3 AA Rosette standard.
• Pro-active and proud approach to running a section.
• Experience in a professional kitchen and understanding of Health and Safety.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player willing to motivate the team to achieve best results.
• Hungry to learn new techniques and develop your career.
