Job summary

Johanna Molineus Architects in London are looking for a Part 3 architect to join our small, dynamic team on high-end residential and mixed-use projects. You will lead technical design, manage client liaison, and take a leading role across HRB and Gateway 2 submissions.

The successful candidate will be Chartered with RIBA Part 3, proficient in Vectorworks and the Adobe Suite, and capable of delivering detailed drawings and coherent specifications while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Qualified RIBA Part 3 architect with significant technical experience.
• Experience on high-end residential and mixed-use projects.
• Experience with HRB and Gateway 2 submissions under Building Safety Act.
• Proficient in Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as project architect from inception to completion, liaising with clients.
• Lead technical design and detailing across projects, including HRB.
• Prepare Building Regulations submissions and Gateway 2 packages.
• Coordinate with structural and M&E consultants; liaise with Building Control.
• On-site liaison with contractor; monitor progress against design.
• Mentor and support the wider team on technical matters.
