Job summary

RIBA 1834 Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced Architect/Project Architect to join our established team.

You will lead projects through their full lifecycle, coordinating clients, consultants and internal teams to achieve design excellence and robust technical delivery. The ideal candidate has ARB registration with 3+ years post-Part 3 experience, strong Revit skills, and a solid understanding of UK regulations and procurement routes.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect with 3+ years post-Part 3 experience.
• Experience leading and delivering projects.
• Strong Revit skills; NBS Chorus experience advantageous.
• Experience across all RIBA stages.
• Strong design ability with excellent technical and construction knowledge.
• Experience with traditional and Design & Build procurement.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, contracts and relevant legislation.
• Confident managing clients, consultants and project teams.
• Strong communication, leadership and commercial awareness.
