Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Leeds is seeking a Lead Technical Application Specialist - Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead a team, build and run secure privileged access services across the Group. You'll combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver resilient, scalable IAM controls.

You'll work with Product Owners, Architects and Security teams to shape strategy, drive roadmaps and implement Just-in-Time access, Zero Standing Privilege initiatives, and automation to

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing engineering teams.
• Expertise in Privileged Access Management and identity security.
• Proven ability to design, implement and operate enterprise PAM solutions.
• Knowledge of CyberArk technologies and Identity Security Platform.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and IAM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for building, operating and enhancing PAM services across the Group.
• Shape strategy, influence roadmap and deliver modern privileged access capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams and platform consumers to strengthen identity security.
