Job summary

You will assess, plan and deliver tailored interventions, collaborating with families, school staff and a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role involves managing a caseload, contributing to EHCPs and annual reviews, and supporting service development within a hospital-school interface.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy is required.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Registration with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
• Evidence of postgraduate training or attendance at short courses to develop specialist skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist paediatric physiotherapy.
• Manage a clinical caseload of children in Perseid schools and plan independent workload.
• Use assessments to set goals and plan interventions for children/young people.
• Communicate complex findings with families, school staff and carers.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including education staff and parents.
