Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a Package Manager to lead the delivery of activities within the programme, ensuring safety, quality, time and cost targets. You will use your project management experience to control delivery, build relationships, and foster teamwork for project success.

Based at the Hinkley Point C site in Bridgwater, you will coordinate with HSSE, Quality, and client teams, monitor progress, forecast risks, and maintain effective stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

Proven track record of package or contract delivery within large scale projects.
Work experience equivalent to at least 10 years in the industry.
Educated to HNC in Electrical Engineering discipline.
Professional Qualification in Project Management to BTEC Level 5, Practitioner or other recognised qualification.
ILM Leadership & Management practice for construction, built environment, inc Nuclear safety sector Level 3.

Responsibilities

Drive the delivery of contract or package activities safely, on time and within budget.
Maintain effective communications with all stakeholders and update progress against milestones and budgets.
Forecast, identify and manage risks, update programme budget and escalate issues.
Ensure lessons-learnt and knowledge capture become business as usual.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project team members and HSSE integration.
