Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is looking for a Senior Engineer to oversee Overhead Transmission Line projects. Your role will involve supervising design engineers and ensuring compliance with engineering standards while managing resources and budgets for various projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical or Power engineering, and have significant experience with overhead lines up to 400kV. Hybrid working options and a focus on employee wellbeing are part of our commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, preferably Electrical or Power engineering.
• Experience in overhead line engineering up to 400kV.
• Desirable skills include knowledge of EMF and Field Effects Calculation.

• Provide technical evaluations and problem-solving solutions.
• Prepare written proposals for project timelines, resources, and budgets.
