Job summary

South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking a skilled Lead Outcomes Analyst to join the Insight Team at Sheffield Head Office. You will develop and report on the outcomes framework, measure progress and provide senior leaders with evidence-based insights.

The role leads a small team, collaborates across performance, finance and delivery, and aligns targets with strategic priorities. Hybrid working in Sheffield, with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing outcomes frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify meaningful trends.
• Experience using dashboards to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of logic models or theories of change.
• Experience leading or developing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
