Job summary

Anson McCade is partnering with a leading innovation and transformation consultancy to build a Belfast OT Security capability. We’re seeking Senior to Principal level OT Security consultants to shape the team, engage with clients across critical infrastructure, and drive security transformations in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT/ICS security within constrained environments.
• Background in industrial control systems security practices.
• Familiarity with relevant security frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST).

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements for clients across critical infrastructure.
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes.
• Lead security assessments across complex industrial environments.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on OT cyber risk.
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models.
• Work on segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management and threat detection.
• Contribute to growth and development of the Belfast OT Security practice.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants.
