Job summary

Anson McCade is building a Belfast-based OT Security capability within its Digital Trust & Cyber Security practice. We are seeking Senior Consultant level professionals to help shape and grow the new OT Security team, engaging with clients across critical infrastructure, defence, energy and other highly regulated environments.

You will lead OT/ICS engagements, shape security strategies, drive transformation programmes, and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

OT / ICS Cyber Security experience in critical infrastructure or regulated environments.
Experience with SCADA/DCS/PLC environments and industrial control systems.
Strong knowledge of OT security architecture and segmentation principles.
Experience performing cyber risk assessments and applying IEC 62443, NIST, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead OT / ICS security engagements for clients.
Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes.
Lead security assessments across complex industrial environments.
Advise senior client stakeholders on OT cyber risk.
Develop OT security architectures and operating models.
Work on segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management and threat detection.
Mentor and develop junior consultants and contribute to capability growth.
