Job summary

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our High Dependency Discharge to Assess Service in community settings. Qualifications

• Registered OT with HCPC registration and eligibility to practice.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary community-based therapy service.
• Proven ability to drive service development and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Community Therapy High Dependency Team within discharge-to-assess service.
• Provide specialist clinical leadership and manage a complex caseload.
• Support workforce development, supervision and mentoring of OT staff and students.
• Collaborate with NHS, Adult Social Care and Local Authority partners to drive service improvements.
• Ensure governance, records and policy adherence while deputising for service lead when required.
