You will work within an integrated MDT, supervise junior staff, and contribute to service development and quality improvement.

The post focuses on advanced clinical reasoning, safe patient discharge, and supporting the Team Lead OT in maintaining professional practice standards across the service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Undertake specialist OT assessments and coordinate interventions to facilitate safe discharge.
• Promote multidisciplinary working practices for seamless care transitions.
• Support Team Lead OT and Professional OT Lead in service development and standards.
