Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry, ideally with supervisory or foreperson experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Able to motivate, guide, and mentor teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans and specifications.
• Hold a full driving licence and be able to travel to various sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of supervisors, work teams, and subcontractors on-site.
• Interpret project plans, programmes, and drawings to delegate work assignments effectively.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all personnel adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor work quality, conduct regular inspections, and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including labour hours, equipment usage, and site conditions.
