Blayze Group seeks an experienced Project Lead for a major new-build residential development in South West London. You will take the No. 1 on-site role, overseeing day-to-day delivery and reporting to the Project Director.

The scheme comprises ~340 units across two towers, including a 37-storey high-rise and an eight-storey affordable block, with a three-year programme and proximity to railway infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong construction engineering background required.
• Proven track record delivering major residential/high-rise developments.
• Experience with reinforced concrete frame projects is essential.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for delivery from start to finish.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Manage programme, quality, health and safety, logistics and commercial performance.
• Interface with surrounding environment and adjacent railway infrastructure.
• Drive progress against milestones while maintaining quality and safety.
• Collaborate with the Project Director to ensure on-time delivery to specification.
