Job summary

MCR Property Group is seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive delivery of a major residential development in Bedford. You will lead on-site teams and coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure value, quality and programme.

The ideal candidate has a track record of leading £20m+ residential or mixed-use schemes with large main contractors, coupled with degree-level qualifications and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project leadership.
• A technical qualification to degree level in relevant discipline.
• Experience of new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of residential development projects in Bedford.
• Coordinate on-site teams, contractors and consultants to meet programme and budget.
• Mentor project managers and assistant PMs where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage risk and quality.
