Brook Street in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Ofsted Registered Manager for a 4-bed children's residential home in Walsall (WS1). The role holds overall leadership, drives regulatory compliance and ensures a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 8-17 with EBD.

You will develop staff, manage budgets and estates, maintain quality standards, and lead continuous improvement ahead of Ofsted inspections.

Qualificações

• Experience in an Ofsted-regulated children's residential home.
• Management or senior leadership experience in children's residential care.
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and Ofsted inspection requirements.
• Excellent safeguarding, child protection and behaviour management understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire and develop a residential childcare team.
• Oversee day-to-day running and ensure safe, effective service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards.
• Lead quality assurance and preparation for Ofsted inspections.
• Develop a positive, child-centred care approach and safeguarding at all times.
