Job summary

EniProgetti UK Branch in Basingstoke is seeking a Principal Engineer, Offshore Structures to lead the offshore design team and guide structural analysis execution across feasibility, FEED and detailed design. The role requires strong experience in jacket and topsides, FEM models, and code compliance with ISO1900 series, API RP2A and AISC.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with planners, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Offshore/Structural Engineering with focus on structures.
• Experience in design of offshore structures across feasibility to operations.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of structural engineers.

Responsibilities

• Set up internal workflow for Projects and plan team activities.
• Execute structural analysis for offshore substructures and topsides.
• Define technical solutions for offshore structures across design stages.
• Review technical docs and analyses before issue.
• Prepare sketches and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and project management.
• Organise offshore resources workload to meet schedule.
