Job summary

EniProgetti UK Branch seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering execution of projects in Basingstoke. You will define the PEEP, oversee design and HSEQ reviews, and manage risk, changes and interfaces to maximise value for the business.

The role requires leading a multi‑location team with responsibility for schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring adherence to Eni standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering required.
• Chartered Engineer desirable.
• Experience in international project execution and Owner Engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define the Project Engineering Execution Plan (PEEP) and ensure its implementation.
• Lead the Engineering Project Team during project execution.
• Coordinate design and HSEQ reviews; monitor schedule and budget.
• Manage engineering risks, changes and interfaces; report to stakeholders.
