Job summary

2H Offshore in the United Kingdom seeks a Lead Facilities Engineer to direct offshore facilities design, construction support, and commissioning activities from its Woking base. You will manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors across global projects, ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are met while maintaining schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Masters degree preferred in chemical, mechanical, petroleum or related engineering disciplines.
• 10+ years offshore facilities engineering experience in lead or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of offshore processing facilities design and safety/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and assurance for facilities engineering deliverables.
• Lead Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, and EPC bids with cost and schedule inputs.
• Manage multi-disciplinary design teams and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Review and approve engineering documents including PFDs, P&IDs, specs, and reports.
• Lead design review workshops (HAZID/HAZOP) and interface with other disciplines.
