Job summary

Acteon Group is seeking a Lead Facilities Engineer to head design and support construction and commissioning of offshore facilities. Based in Woking, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams across global projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

The role requires degree-qualified engineering with 10+ years in offshore facilities, and proven leadership in delivering FEED to detailed design, with strong communication and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer with Masters preferred.
• 10+ years offshore facilities engineering experience, lead or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of offshore processing facilities design and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for facilities engineering deliverables.
• Lead multi-disciplinary design reviews (HAZID/HAZOP).
• Manage subcontractors and internal teams to meet budget and schedule.
