Job summary

Epsom General Hospital is seeking an experienced Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join the Integrated Stroke and Neurology Service. You will lead complex caseloads, deliver advanced neuro assessments, and provide professional leadership to therapists, assistants and students in community and hospital settings.

You will drive service improvement, supervise staff, and promote evidence-based practice, including leading audits across the stroke pathway.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) and HCPC registration.
• Postgraduate training in neurology or leadership.
• Experience supervising students and staff.
• Sound knowledge of neurological rehabilitation.
• Attended stroke/neuro conferences.
• Possess full UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex neuro caseloads in community settings.
• Deliver advanced neuro OT assessments and interventions.
