Job summary

Surrey Downs Health and Care is seeking an experienced Community Neuro OT Team Lead to manage a diverse caseload of neurological patients across community settings, including homes and care homes. You will lead, supervise and develop occupational therapy staff within a high-performing MDT and drive service improvements.

The role focuses on advanced clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, and leadership to ensure high-quality care across the stroke and neurology pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience leading occupational therapy teams in stroke and neurology.
• Ability to conduct advanced neuro OT assessments and interventions.
• Experience with service improvement, audits, and quality improvement projects.
• Clinical leadership and supervision of staff and students.
