Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Team Lead Occupational Therapist to drive a stroke and neurology rehabilitation service across acute and community settings. You will manage a diverse caseload, supervise staff and contribute to service development.

With HCPC registration and postgraduate neuro rehab leadership experience, you will lead audits, ensure evidence-based practice and support staff through supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Current HCPC registration.
• Postgraduate training in neurology or leadership.
• Specialised training in stroke/neuro rehabilitation.
• Evidence of CPD relevant to the post.
• Active RCOT SSNP membership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex caseloads across community and hospital settings.
• Deliver specialist assessments and interventions for neurological patients.
