Job summary

Surrey Downs Health and Care in Epsom is seeking an experienced Team Lead Occupational Therapist to head the integrated stroke and neurology service. You will supervise staff, lead audits and drive service improvement while delivering advanced neurorehabilitation.

The role combines clinical leadership with direct patient care across community and acute settings, with opportunities to influence practice and standards within the stroke pathway.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Current HCPC registration.
• Postgraduate training and specialised leadership development.
• RCOT SSNP membership and continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex caseloads across community neuro-rehabilitation.
• Deliver advanced assessments and interventions in home or care settings.
• Provide professional leadership and supervision to OT staff and students.
• Drive audits, quality improvement and service development across stroke pathway.
• Promote evidence-based practice and governance.
