Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Forensic Lead Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership across two low secure units in Greater Manchester. You will drive evidence-based, person-centred OT practice and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, recovery-focused inpatient care.

You will be HCPC-registered with extensive mental health and secure services experience, strong leadership, and a passion for developing OT practice and service improvement across

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered occupational therapist with substantial mental health/secure service experience.
• Line management / supervision of OT staff and students.
• Postgraduate leadership training or management experience.
• Specialist forensic OT knowledge and standardised assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the OT service across low secure units.
• Collaborate with Clinical Service and Ward managers to support OT workforce.
• Ensure person-centred, evidence-based OT delivery in inpatient services across two sites.
• Drive service development, quality and professional leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
