NHS National Services Scotland is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the OT team at Kincardine Community Hospital, Stonehaven. This Band 7, part-time role (28 hours per week) combines clinical leadership, operational management and service development within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

You will supervise and develop OT staff, maintain a clinical caseload, and work with partners to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across community and hospital settings.

Formación

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (HCPC registration preferred).
• Experience leading OT teams in community or hospital settings.
• Leadership, supervision and service development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Occupational Therapy team within Kincardine and Mearns, ensuring person-centred care.
• Provide operational leadership and day-to-day management while maintaining a clinical caseload.
• Oversee workload allocation, supervision of staff, and student education.
• Contribute to service redesign, quality improvement and workforce development.
• Collaborate with wider multidisciplinary teams to support admission avoidance and discharge planning.
