Job summary

Talent-ID Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Manager to lead a nursery room or unit and inspire the team to deliver outstanding EYFS care in a warm environment.

You will be responsible for day-to-day running, staff leadership and ensuring safeguarding, teaching and learning standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for progression from Senior Practitioner to a leadership role.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential.
• Experience as Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner is advantageous.
• Strong EYFS, safeguarding and child development knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your designated room or unit.
• Lead, mentor and support practitioners and staff.
• Deliver high-quality care and development in line with EYFS.
• Plan stimulating age-appropriate activities based on children's needs.
• Monitor development and maintain observations, assessments and planning.
• Safeguarding, health and safety procedures must be followed.
