Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification required.
• Two years’ leadership experience in early years settings.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment for children.
• Lead educational activities aligned with EYFS.
• Oversee children’s development and build family connections as Key Person.
