Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Educator for our Watford nursery. You will foster intellectual, social, and emotional development in children, contributing to a high-quality learning environment with the Busy Bees’ Bee Curious curriculum.

The role requires Level 3 EY qualification, experience with under-5s, and excellent communication and organisational skills to plan engaging activities and support each child’s growth in EYFS settings.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment for children's growth and learning.
• Lead educational activities aligned with the EYFS to support development.
• Act as Key Person, building strong family connections and monitoring each child’s progress.
