Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's development across the EYFS framework in a Busy Bees nursery. You will help create a loving, stimulating environment where children can explore and learn.

You will lead engaging activities, foster strong relationships with families, and contribute to a caring, inclusive setting with opportunities for professional growth and career progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to apply EYFS knowledge to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
