Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in Woking is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children within our Bee Curious curriculum.

With a Level 3 EYFS qualification and experience with children under 5, you will lead engaging activities, foster a nurturing environment, and build strong family connections as the Key Person responsible for each child.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Good communication, organisational skills and ability to plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development and build strong family connections.
