Job Overview
The role
Bradfield College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Nursing Team and ensure the delivery of a clinically effective, high-quality healthcare service to our pupils.
As Lead Nurse, you will oversee both the clinical operations and governance of our on-site Medical Centre, which operates six days a week and includes an overnight and on-call service for remote support. You will also work closely with pupils, parents, school staff, and medical colleagues to carry out health surveillance, health promotion and other public health initiatives required by the School.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week during term time plus two additional weeks. The role also includes occasional overnight shifts (potentially one per week) and weekend on-call duties, which are paid at an additional hourly rate and scheduled flexibly to suit rota requirements.
About You

You will also need experience in team management or leadership, along with a strong understanding of the physical and mental health issues affecting adolescents.
