Hoop Nursing is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join the Cardiff team. You will uphold high clinical standards across the home while supporting the nursing and care staff to deliver resident-centred care.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, PIN active status, and nursing home experience. You will mentor the team, lead quality improvement initiatives, and work closely with senior management to ensure excellent care delivery.
