Job summary

British Airways is recruiting a Lead Network Strategy Analyst to shape its global network. You will develop long‑term network strategies, analyse route and performance, and turn insights into recommendations for senior leaders across BA, IAG and partner teams.

You’ll monitor market demand, competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform decisions and help shape connectivity for the Heathrow hub. Strong analytical thinking and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Numerate degree or equivalent analytical experience.
• Strong understanding of airline economics and aviation commercial drivers.
• Knowledge of the British Airways network, fleet and operational considerations.
• Awareness of competitor and partner airline networks.
• Experience analysing data and developing clear recommendations.
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.
