Job summary

BA Cityflyer, part of the British Airways family, is seeking a Senior Analytics and Insights Analyst to join the Subsidiaries Analytics & Insight team. You will analyse complex data, deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, and build dashboards, models and AI-enabled solutions to inform business decisions.

Based in the UK with work linked to London City and other sites, the role focuses on forecasting, performance analysis and reporting automation, collaborating across BA Cityflyer, BA

Qualifications

• Numerate degree or equivalent analytical experience.
• Strong experience using Excel, SQL and other analytical tools.
• Experience analysing business data and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards or models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Strong technical communication to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver insight, recommendations and decision support to operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Build, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, models and AI-enabled solutions.
• Produce forecasts, targets and performance analyses to support planning and decision-making.
• Lead ad-hoc analytical investigations and high-impact projects.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and influence decisions.
