Job summary

British Airways invites a Lead Network Strategy Analyst to drive long-term network planning and strategic decision-making. You will analyse routes, monitor demand and competitor activity, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

Collaboration with IAG and partner teams will shape Heathrow connectivity and future growth. The role requires a numerate degree and strong airline economics knowledge, with a track record of presenting to executives.

Qualifications

• Numerate degree, or equivalent analytical experience.
• Strong understanding of airline economics and aviation commercial drivers.
• Awareness of the British Airways network, fleet and operational considerations.
• Experience analysing data and developing clear recommendations.
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop network strategies that support long-term business planning and growth.
• Analyse route and network performance, identifying trends, opportunities and risks.
• Turn complex analysis into compelling recommendations for senior leaders.
• Monitor market demand, competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate across British Airways, IAG and partner teams to support network development.
• Help shape connectivity and planning strategies for the Heathrow hub.
