Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a MultiSkilled Shift Supervisor to oversee a team of engineers within a critical environment at The Shard, ensuring maintenance and safe operation of all equipment and services.

You will lead day and night shift engineers, prioritise planned maintenance, and ensure compliance with standards and KPIs. DV clearance is advantageous and experience in data centre-like environments is beneficial.

Qualifications

City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent
HVAP qualification with relevant high-voltage experience
IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal)
IOSH Managing Safely certification
Equivalent mechanical qualifications will also be considered with the appropriate level of experience

Responsibilities

Ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioning safely and efficiently.
Lead and supervise a team of day engineers and shift engineers, ensuring performance standards and KPIs are achieved.
Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed in line with scheduled dates.
Prioritise Statutory and Mandatory maintenance tasks and ensure reactive tasks are completed within required priorities.
Maintain compliance standards and accurately record work using IT systems and reporting tools
