Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is hiring a Maintenance Controller to join the MRO team at Middle Wallop, overseeing Apache Phase maintenance. You will lead maintenance planning, control the day-to-day operations, and ensure on-time delivery with first-time quality.

The role requires strong English, aerospace maintenance leadership, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Compliance with UK regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Experience leading teams in aerospace environment preferred.
• Apache experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of personnel working in and around the aircraft remains the number 1 priority at all times.
• Lead a multi-disciplined Operations support team encompassing aircraft maintenance planning, scheduling and documentation control functions.
• Day-to-day monitoring and control of the operations team for the maintenance event.
• Production, embodiment and adherence of the plan/schedule to deliver the aircraft to the customer on time with first time quality standard.
• Control and management of defects (emergent work) arising from maintenance or modification.
• Control of deferred maintenance and requests to Mil CAMO.
