Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in London seeks a Lead MLOps Platform Engineer to design a scalable ML platform for training, deployment and monitoring. You will work with data scientists and engineers, driving product-enabled fintech solutions across squads and mentoring teammates on best practices.

You will leverage cloud, CI/CD and IaC skills to build robust pipelines, ensure data privacy and security, and advance innovative customer-focused financial technology.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java or Python coding.
• Experience with MLOps tools and platforms such as MLflow, SageMaker, VertexAI, Databricks, BentoML, KServe, Kubeflow.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Responsibilities

• Design and build a scalable ML platform for training, deployment and monitoring.
• Create infrastructure for automated ML pipelines with reliability and reproducibility.
• Implement model versioning, experiment tracking and lifecycle management.
• Develop systems to monitor model performance and address data/model drift.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on deployment patterns and best practices.
• Optimize resource usage for training and inference workloads.
• Design and implement a testing framework (unit, integration, end-to-end, etc.).
• Ensure platform compliance with data privacy, security and regulatory standards.
• Mentor team members on design principles and coding practices.
