Job summary

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Central Delivery Suite Coordinator to join Royal Bolton Hospital. You will promote and lead delivery of high‑level patient care, support staff, and foster a constructive, compassionate team culture.

The fixed‑term role (13 months) offers both full‑time and part‑time hours under Agenda for Change (Band 7). Applicants must be a registered midwife with mentorship/preceptorship, and capable of leading obstetric emergencies with composure and clarity.

Qualifications

• Registered midwife currently on the professional register.
• Mentorship/preceptorship certificate.
• Ability to lead in obstetric emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lead delivery of an excellent standard of patient care in the delivery suite.
• Provide pastoral support to aid retention of staff and foster a positive MDT culture.
• Support flexible working patterns (full-time and part-time) as required.
