You will lead the delivery suite and obstetric areas, while regulating workload and on-call duties as the senior manager on call for maternity.

• Strong leadership skills in maternity settings
• Proven track record in clinical governance and quality improvement

• Willingness to undertake on-call responsibilities as senior manager on call for maternity

Responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Suite Core Team and provide care to low and high risk women
• Liaise regularly to assess workload and staff deployment
• Demonstrate clinical excellence and maintain competency to a high standard
