Job summary

William Law CE Primary School is seeking a dedicated teacher for a term-time role, delivering lessons from 11:30am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role supports wellbeing with in-day planning and team coaching, in a 3-form entry primary setting in Peterborough.

We value enthusiasm, commitment, and teamwork; the successful candidate will contribute to high pupil expectations, live feedback, and collaborative planning within a caring Christian ethos.

Qualifications

• Term-time only teaching role (12.5 hours per week).
• Ability to plan and deliver lessons within school day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across a 3-form entry primary within school day.
• Adopt a live marking approach with in-the-moment feedback.
• Coordinate with subject leaders and participate in team planning.
• Maintain high expectations of pupils and participate in safeguarding.

Job description

Term time only (plus one inset day in September) Monday to Friday, 11.30am - 2.00pm (12.5 hrs per week).
